GutaGuru is operated by Zanatech LTD. By using the app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, manipulate voting or the leaderboard, or post misleading listings.

This is the most important thing on this page.

GutaGuru is a discovery platform. We do not organise, host, run, sponsor or sell tickets to the events listed. Listings come from public sources, event organisers, venues and community contributors.

Dates, times, venues, line-ups and prices change, and listings can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm with the organiser or venue before travelling or paying for anything.

Ticket links point to third-party sites. Any purchase is between you and that seller. We are not party to it and cannot help with refunds.

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it within GutaGuru and its promotion.

You confirm that anything you submit:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Is yours to share, or you have permission to share it
• Is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline or remove any listing without notice.

If you claim to represent a venue, you confirm you are authorised to do so. Approved claims give you the ability to edit that venue's listing. False claims will be revoked and may result in removal from the platform.

Points recognise participation. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can be adjusted or reset — for example where we detect manipulation, or if we change how scoring works.

Do not:

• Scrape, copy or resell our listings in bulk
• Create multiple accounts to inflate votes or points
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service

We aim to keep GutaGuru available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn.

GutaGuru is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zanatech LTD is not liable for loss arising from reliance on a listing, from any event you attend, or from any transaction with a third-party ticket seller or venue.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
